Ectopic Ureter Entering the Vagina with Renal Hypoplasia

Abstract

|
An unusual case of right ectopic ureter with renal hypoplasia was presented.
The ectopic ureter drained into the vagina showed marked stenosis with non-specific inflammation. The affected-side kidney revealed cystic, chronic glomerulonephritis and pyelonephritis.
The abnormalities was suspected by 1VP, cystoscopy and methylene blue dye test and was -confirmed by operation.
She was treated by ureteronephrectomy.
